About Hana Pet
Hana PET Company took its first steps in the business world in 1984 by entering the packaging supplies and nylon bags trade under the name “Plastic Asama Company”. The goal was to provide packaging products to industrialists in the local markets.
The company’s executive management did not stop at enhancing local trading capabilities. The aim and vision were to enter the industrial field. In 1996, Hana Bit Plastic Manufacturing Company was born. The company started manufacturing plastic containers directly using PET materials known for their transparency and high quality. This was done using the best international machines that rely on direct automatic production from raw materials to the final packaging.
Since its inception, the company has been continuously striving to develop its developmental path. A branch was established for trading raw materials and auxiliary materials for the plastic industry in collaboration with leading global polymer manufacturers.

Production Mechanism
Since the beginning of our operations, we have adopted a manufacturing strategy based on Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) technology, a one-stage production process. This approach was selected following extensive studies of manufacturing methods, which demonstrated that ISBM is safer for food-grade and medical applications than alternative production techniques. It also ensures superior product purity and delivers the highest possible quality standards.
Despite the challenges associated with this manufacturing process, we have remained committed to the ISBM technology to guarantee consistent product quality and reliability.
As a primary supplier to leading manufacturers in the food and healthcare industries, we generate our own compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573 (2-4-1) standards. This ensures that no contaminants are present inside the containers, safeguarding product integrity and consumer safety.
Furthermore, our technical management team continuously strives to enhance our development path through scientific research and close collaboration with leading global polymer manufacturers, enabling us to deliver innovative, high-performance packaging solutions.
